This is the agreement between you and GrandMagi. It covers what the service does, how credits and payments work, what you can and can't upload, and where responsibility sits. We've kept the legalese to a minimum.
By opening and using GrandMagi, you agree to the terms on this page. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll give you notice, and continuing to use GrandMagi afterwards means you accept the revised version.
GrandMagi is an AI studio for your photographs. You upload a picture, choose a style or template, and the service reimagines it into new images — and, for some features, short videos.
Because the results are generated by AI, every output is a little different and creative by nature. We can't promise a specific look or an identical result each time — that unpredictability is part of the craft.
Your photos stay yours. By uploading, you grant GrandMagi a limited licence to process those images so we can create your results — and nothing beyond that.
The technology behind GrandMagi — our software, models, and design — belongs to us. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.
To keep GrandMagi safe and fair for everyone, some activities are off-limits. You agree not to:
Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account.
GrandMagi runs on credits — you earn them or buy them, and each creation spends some. Optional subscriptions top up your balance on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Credits are non-refundable, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise. Any remaining balance expires when your account is closed.
When you upload something, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. If a photo includes a minor under thirteen, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and consent on their behalf.
You are responsible for the material you bring to GrandMagi and for how you use what you create with it.
GrandMagi is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it running smoothly, we can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or a perfect fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, GrandMagi's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
You can close your GrandMagi account whenever you like. We may also suspend or end an account — with or without notice — where there are legal, safety, or security concerns.
These terms are governed by generally accepted principles of international contract law and the consumer-protection rules that apply to you. Disputes are resolved through arbitration or the competent civil courts.
