At GrandMagi we start from one idea: your personal information belongs to you. We collect only what a feature genuinely needs, protect it with care, never sell it, and remove it once the work is done.
This policy explains the information GrandMagi gathers, why we gather it, how it is kept safe, and the choices you have. It applies to the GrandMagi mobile app and this website.
What we collect
We keep the list short on purpose. GrandMagi works with four kinds of information:
Photos you upload
The images you send in for a transformation. They are used to fulfil that single request and nothing else.
Account details
An email address and display name, so you can sign in, recover access, and find your creations again.
Anonymous diagnostics
Aggregated technical signals such as render counts and error codes that help us keep the service healthy. They are not tied to your identity.
Purchase records
A record of the credits you buy, retained to meet financial-reporting and tax obligations.
What we never do
Some lines we simply will not cross. With GrandMagi, we do not:
Off the table — always
- Sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
- Plug in advertising networks or data brokers.
- Run facial recognition or identity matching on your uploads.
- Use your photos to train our models without your clear, opt-in consent.
How we handle your images
Every upload travels over an encrypted connection. Once a transformation is complete, the original image is deleted from our servers within twenty-four hours.
The finished results stay in your private creation history, visible only to you and — when you ask for help — the authorized support engineers assisting your case. Nobody else browses your gallery.
How we protect data
We layer several protections around your information:
Safeguards in place
- TLS encryption for everything in transit.
- AES-256 encryption for data stored at rest.
- Multi-factor authentication gating internal access.
- Audit logging of every privileged operation.
No system on earth is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we treat your data as if it were our own.
Your rights
You stay in control of your information at all times. You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to stop non-essential messages. Make a request from your account settings or by emailing [email protected], and we will respond within thirty days.
How long we keep it
Different data has a different lifespan:
Uploaded photos — 24 hours
Removed within a day of processing.
Account profile — until you close it
Kept while your account is active.
Purchase records — seven years
Held to satisfy financial regulations.
Anonymous analytics — indefinite
Never linked back to you.
Children's privacy
GrandMagi is not designed for anyone under the age of thirteen. If we discover an account belonging to an underage user, we delete it and its data without further notice.
Global processing
To deliver a fast, reliable service, your data may be processed on servers in different countries. Wherever it travels, the same safeguards described here follow it.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change to how we handle your data, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect — so nothing shifts quietly behind the scenes.
